Lady you’ve got skills I’m praying, cringing while you’re grating and talking praying you don’t slice up your fingers while you’re grating the butter!. I even do the frozen grated butter when I do 3 ingredient biscuits ; milk or buttermilk, butter and self rising flour
Love scones!!! Blueberries scones and orange cranberry scones are some of my favorite !

If your scones or biscuits are a bit heavy, use half flour and half pastry or cake flour. 💜🌞🌵

These were great! I didn’t have dried ginger so substituted fresh ginger which worked fine. Some of my family wanted the glaze and some didn’t - but everyone loved them! I will do these the next time I have guests for a breakfast treat
