Thank you for this. She was the family teacher and friend and became my elementary teacher as well and I remember her playing this in class

The beauty, the majesty, the power and lasting wonder of this amazing track: I heard it for the first time, on an FM college radio station. That was Sunday morning, after midnight, December 17, 2017. Listening to every word, I was completely transfixed. I felt a change in my eyes; no use trying to stop it. I'm White, and I received real lessons from History I wasn't taught in school. Valuable History, true facts that everyone needs to know, appreciate and remember.
The words, vocals, that resonant, otherworldly arrangement! I honestly thought this was a new recording. I would never have believed it was done in 1985, if the DJ hadn't announced that insightful information. Everything about the production sounds incredibly contemporary. The 1980's, the decade of music that never ceases to impress me!
