At Existing Conditions, the scanning process of our field crew is designed to be as unobtrusive and invisible as possible. Established work routines do not have to be changed while we are in the field scanning your building. In this episode, we discuss the first part of our process: the scanning process of our field crew and what to expect when they are in the field.

Existing Conditions has been serving the best architects, builders, engineers, facility managers, and building owners for over 25 years and we still find that some clients don't understand 3D laser scanning or know about the time and money we could save them. Many are still hoping to rely on deteriorating paper drawings down in the basement somewhere or hope to send inexperienced interns to measure and collect data for them in the field.

Even though we take on new projects every day, we are only offered the chance to speak with a few of you at a time, so with that in mind, we are excited to announce the launching of our very own Existing Conditions Podcast. On this show, we get together to discuss the ideas, the opportunities, and the strategies that are being taken advantage of by smart building owners who recognize the need for smarter buildings.
