True entrepreneur, go into a damage area, set up a sales system, sign the work, then figure out how to get it done.

I do like the idea of a career higher commission once they've reached a certain sales level like 25, 000 for example. I worked for Sears in the 80's and they had a career base pay that a salesperson could work up to based on one year's accumulated sales. The sales people worked their ass off to get that high base pay. Of course, they also got a commission on top of their base pay. After they achieved a good base almost no one ever quit. Most salespeople stayed for many years. I sold home improvements and my wife sold appliances. We're both college educated. I worked there for 13 years and she for about 20. Most of my colleagues worked there much longer. For all you haters out there, I know Sears wasn't perfect at the end but remember in their prime they were the Amazon of their day and lasted well over 100 years so they must have been doing a lot of things right. They didn't adapt well to shopping online and they had that albatross around their neck of being in long-term leases in malls everywhere.
