Not only are getting those Google reviews an important ranking factor deciding who shows up in the map listings, but they are a powerful motivating factor as well — Meaning whoever has the best review score usually gets the first call. I have been using the shortened link for my customers to leave reviews for over a year now just finding it hard for them to leave one. The work I do is very personal and from looking at the job to doing the work to the invoice is all done by myself so you have that connection with the customer from day one. I normally leave something like this. " I hope your happy with the work which has been completed in your home I would really appreciate if you could leave me a google review (link) as it really helps a small business " even though they don't leave one they still keeping on asking me to come back and do more work which is good but the reviews matter too expand my business.
