Portillo's to open at Addison & Kimball in Chicago

We’re not going to lie, we’re opening our third location in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood in 2019, and it’s a pretty big dill.

In Chicago, there’s no shortage of art, culture and unique food experiences, and Avondale certainly takes the cake on all of the above. Now, you can pregame your next Northside baseball game with a Famous Italian Beef, roll through our drive-thru for your late night cravings and enjoy our char-grilled sausage in Chicago’s so-called Polish Village.

The restaurant will be located at the corner of Addison and Kimball where guests can expect to enjoy other classic menu items like Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, fresh salads, cheese fries and Portillo’s Famous Chocolate Cake. We’ll also have a seasonal outdoor patio to relish in Chicago’s toastiest time of year!

OK so 2019 will be gone in about six weeks and the building at Addison and Kimball is not only still standing but still occupied. Get to work already, I'm tired of driving up to Skokie every time I want a Portilloburger.
