How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies with Nuts

3 c of all purpose flour
1 c Light brown sugar
1 c granulated sugar
2 sticks softened butter
2 eggs
2 teas hot water
1 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
1 tbles vanilla extract
1 c chocolate chips
1 c walnuts

With or without nuts (optional)
