Incredible game. Amazing fitness. Both teams just never stoped running. Criminal that Noel Cleal got away with that coward punch on Graham, and criminal that they made him play on. He looked horrible when he came off. No wonder some of these blokes have CTE and dementia issues.

I was at this game with supporters group the Mad Butcher took. Walked to Lang Park from Gazebo Hotel where Kiwis team also stayed. Awesome trip.

I remember this debacle, roach throwing cheap shots at KT while he was held by dowling. That was the best team we have ever had. Horrible refereeing, with an unbiased ref we would have won this game. The shot on Mark Graham was a send-off, no question, taking out our best player and captain and getting away with it.

Kurt had a wonderful game for NZ tackling and taking the ball up and great passing well done Kurt. Referee ignores Cleal's blatant head high of Mark Graham but prosecutes Kurt's Chest tackle on Murray see any discrepancies much?

They asked the question can Owen Wright cope playing prop against Australia the answer YES he was a skillful player who was dropped by Graeme Lowe with no reason he was a great NZ league player also why he didn't play in Australia or GB for a club there I don't know why

I agree i maybe would of had kT as hooker starting Boardhurst and Dane up front kurt and Mark secound row Fred was a great defender he would have to be there somewhere. Broadhurst always had the measure of the aussies its a pity Kurt Dane Broadurst didnt play more test together i sure we would of won more tests especially with lowe coaching and knowing how to use them probably
