Here's my problem guys, so I attend two universities-one the United States and one in Canada. Both universities use the Microsoft credentials for logging into the email system and library access etc., my Canadian University login was permanently signed into Microsoft for the entire access to my University portal for library, email, course registration etc. However, whenever I attempt to access US University library I was unable to because it required a Microsoft login. Not realizing that I am permanently logged in my Canadian University using my Microsoft login . And I thought I had a malware redirect. But all elimination using chrome worked because according to the technician from the US University support services at that school claim because my chrome or private browsing and Microsoft ad did not have any extension so therefore, it must be the extension. He was wrong. Every time I would and bring access a journal article from the US University library, it would always redirect back to the Canadian University. How frustrating this was. And I couldn't figure out why. The US University tech support had me to erase all cookies and passwords and everything. Only adding to my frustration. That's not the answer. I attempted to call Microsoft but not before I had a screen sharing chat with some guy from the US who swear it was my extensions that was causing the problem. So as I'm poking around trying to contact Microsoft I was able to figure out what my problem is. He wasn't helpful. So I attempted to contact Microsoft to a chat session. I was not able to speak with anyone because I had not signed. Not realizing that I need to sign in with a Microsoft account. Only then I realize that I needed a Microsoft account to be logged in, and this is when I realized my Canadian University login was permanently logged onto Microsoft services interfere with my US Microsoft account because I did not log in their. Upon realizing this I immediately created a new password because everything had been deleted. I was able to get into the US University using Microsoft Edge which I prefer over others because it has a reading feature is me reading the journals I can simply listen to them and take notes or slow it down or highlight all whatever the features are I need instead of Google Chrome. The cause for my redirect was the problem in my accessing the US University; both of which uses Microsoft login credentials. It was driving me insane for the last 8 hours. But I got it now. What a nightmare..

I haven't watched his second video he pinned, but this video is difficult for me to follow, because: a) speaking too fast, b) not explaining or stating exactly what he is doing, c) his cursor is moving around too fast, d) accent (least problematic of these 4 reasons).
