I studied Finnish for quite a long time and I know the qualities of your people. I will take the tips of BSR and private loans. I also share your view on farmland, from my conviction that we are headed to a food and water resource constriction. I am also an admirer of Estonia, I was an e-Resident for a while, I guess the tax system is a lot more moderate than Finland's. I’m about 15% involved with VC, (but more than I’d like), but i believe in big risk=big pay.

Although the farmland equity you hold reminds me of Acre Trader, a CF investment.
