I love okra!! I love them steamed, fried, stewed w/tomatoes smothered on chicken/fish/pork chops, and pickled. I've never roasted them before... definitely going to try it. Thanks!!

Never saw it much in California growing up. Moved to North Carolina 8 years ago, it's all over at every store. I love the flavor, but you know what throws it in to Turbo Sesame oil...  Yep, it multiplies Okra's flavor way lots...!

My sister to emailed me about roasted oakra. She said to use Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. It has chili powder in it. She also said she has cooked it three days in a row, probably because the garden is making a lot of it now, and she and her husband evidently likes it.
