I have z1 the crash happened. Screen went blank. So used frien to source help ound video. Couldn't find button. But pulled out the sim card looking. Put back in and reset it phew. So thank you. Xx

My phone doesn't have that orange button. Mines is sony Xperia x.have any suggestions

My issue is that whenever I make a phone call (Sony X5 Experia) the screen goes black & none of the buttons will then respond, & the phone will not even switch off to 'end' the call until I do a soft reset (hold Volume + & the off button for a few seconds). Will pressing this orange reset button, erase anything that I have saved on the phone?

Hello sir, I m facing the another problem. If I keep it for changring it do not gets charged and if I try to start it. it starts but sudenly within a sec. it gets switch off (Shows 1% charging)

How can I stop my photos from crashing? I can take photos but as soon as I go to view in album they crash & just goes black screen with what looks like a lighting bolt through it.

Mine does not have a reset button and it wont switch on, you can feel it slightly vibrate when you press the power button but it wont come on. Help please. Its an Experia 10II
