Great advice.. but I think that works on asset based business models like the Real estate.

I really dont know how you (& others in US) price your projects while there are someone who can do what you can do and still charge 10x lower than you. Why the clients pay 4 figures to you while they can hire a freelancer oversea for let say under $50! I really want to know how you price and convince your clients because am facing this issue, which the clients by themselves hire from the freelance websites and ignoring the local talent. I dont want to compete with the guys oversea (Asia) to bid cheaper so whats the solution for that..
