I've just finished the DLC (and the last thing in the Mass Effect universe) and I LVOE IT!

Come back to think that everything started in a "routine mission" on Eden Prime...just a routine mission that ended in a war for the galaxy.

Mass effect is like no other game. You feel the characters, you grow to like them and they become your friends too. It has such an impact on the whole series that it's unforgettable. I will never trade my games in and I will keep them so my kids can see what the best video game series was when I was growing up. Hell it will probably be regarded as one of the best franchises of all time at that point. Star wars may be the first space opera but mass effect is a real true space opera. The characters are dynamic, funny and the fact that all the games tie together make you feel the connection between Shepard and his crew. From the day I met Garrus he was always my favorite and you can see the friendship he has with Shepard (Male Shepard that is) I prefer the male Shepard anyway cause I think he is more real of a character. Not to be sexist or anything but I feel a male would be more suitable to lead the reapers than a woman but that's the freedom of these games is that each one is different than the next. I will honestly love this series. It is honestly the best games ever. I don't give a fuck about the ending either cause I'm not going to let that ruin the entire experience I went through like some people do. But all in all this game will always be something different. I'm not even sure bioware themselves can recreate something like this. Shepard is the hero no matter what and taking that away feels wrong. Especially when we dont really know what happenes to him and his crew. This is a long fucking reply but this game is just like no other. Like someone else said, mass effect is going to be my kids bedtime stories. The story will forever live on in my heart, cause who knows EA could butcher the next title and shit but I hope bioware won't let them. This song just adds to that feel too. Anyway peace.

I loved this theme when I first heard it, still do. When the Normandy doors open to your crew smiling, it gave me major ME 1 nostalgia.
