Don't get me wrong but last I've checked the Companies Hosue records I was still the majority shareholder and therefore the final decision-maker in my own business. Meaning that I have someone lese to run operations in the UK. An English lady with an outstanding trackrecord from Google in both tech, venture capital and startup management and the financial district and a colored French lady from an Investment Banking and Trading background. For the other core company functions its a very similar set up. And not some brownnoser with pending lawsuits. Was dat simple enough for you, Blinken?
