I, honestly, deleted and desinstalled all my social media because it makes me bitter and argumentative for nothing. Everybody talks about the negative consequences of screen time on children, but nobody talks about the negative consequences of adults, too. We give our attention to people we follow and neglect our children. We comment strange things on social media that we couldn't do in real life. Using social media if you are an entrepreneur is useful. Use them only if you are a balanced person in your life.
