Nika did not hit that cheater with an elbow, A total flop. Fla is a really dirty team, grabbing arms to the point of pulling behind the girls backs.
That being said, if the refs decide it's a flop, the player should be assessed a technical, and if they do it twice, ejection from the game.

View the slow motion replay at .25 speed under full magnification. No contact. in fact, there was a good 6 inches of separation during closest proximity. My hat is off to number 4 FSU... she has a bright future in acting or as a stunt double (she even quickly glanced over toward the ref to see if he was looking). Bravo!

I like you, Nika. Not only are you hot, but you are also willing to fight back. Girls who think they can get by with super skills end up like Paige & Azzi. Your defensive & ball stealing skills are top notch. Your free throw shooting is good, so here's a plan for you: draw a semi-circle at & around the foul line & practice your jumper from that one distance only. You should learn to shoot from different spots, but the same, free-throw distance. You also need a jump hook. Get Paige & Azzi to work with you on your jumper, but here's one more good tip: lean into it with your torso a bit & shoot for a spot just below the rear of the rim - right where the net forms a triangle. So, instead of just aiming for the back of the rim, aim to go over the front of the rim & hit that spot on the net where the cord makes its first triangle. Oh, almost forgot the following: "Do unto others before they do unto you".
