Tropical Storm Elsa: 5 p.m. Saturday advisory

A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for the Florida Keys from Craig Key westward to the Dry Tortugas as Tropical Storm Elsa continues to move quickly though the eastern Caribbean.

Brian norcross my men lol. Well it looks like we're going to get rain and wind, but hey this storms are very unpredictable. We just never know for sure. All we need to do is just get prepared. Noticed now a hurricane is no longer sustained winds of 74 mph winds but gusts exceeding 74 mph. I guess a 'heat wave' meaning sustained temperatures above freezing isn't too far behind.

I always chuckle when Floridians hear that a storm is coming and so they panic and buy up all of the bottled water. Just fill your pots and such with tap water before the storm arrives.

Yeah I'm in the Tampa area and I put for groceries yesterday w/water to pick up today & walmart was actually letting people walk out w/8 cases of water! Fk'n stupid! You think they would have learned from Irma & the pandemic, I ended going to Costco.
