Показать описание
Elsa was downgraded to a tropical storm on Saturday, weakening ever so slightly just south of Haiti. Winds are at 70 mph and it is moving to the WNW at 28 mph. Tropical Storm Elsa is forecasted to hit Cuba Monday, and weaken when doing so. Once it moves over the Gulf of Mexico, the waters will be warm enough for the storm to intensify again. The more time Elsa spends over the Gulf of Mexico, the more time it will have to strengthen before making landfall on the northwest Florida Gulf coast.
