Hey good video I got 2 batteries from outbax camping on eBay but didn't realise they note you cannot parallel charge or discharged them and if I connect them both it will damage the BMS connecting it your way was how I intended to use them but I don't really believe I can't parallel them your way do you think their information could be wrong ? Finding it hard to believe especially if I'm not using or charging more 40ah 50 ah BMS on each battery and batteries are the same

Great video !! thanks for providing the information and tips
One question the source is attached in the same way as the charger?

I understand what your saying as far as charging cables. My question is discharge cable to my inverter charger is only one Possitive cable. No discharge negative cable

I'm confused. So in parallel, you're still getting only 12 volts but doube the amperage and in a series comnection, you'll get 24v with 60ah only?

Thank you for the video. IM having some issues with the batteries running in parallel. Some additional questions. After I do the negative to negative and positive to positive. Currently I have the master switch. Where would the negative and positive go? Is this what you mean by source? Also I have a power steering switch that doesn't run through the master switch. How would I set these up? Lastly I have a NOCO Genius 2. How would I set these up directly to yhr batteries?

I run two lithium 12.8v 100ah 31 Series.

How could you run two of your 30ah short flat top batteries in parallel? What kind of cables would you use since there are no posts.

Question: Can you use the remaining set of positive and negative terminals to separate the charging from the load carrying cables? For instance, the charging cables would remain where you have them and then the load carrying cables would move to the other two terminals. Good video. Thanks.

since you are drawing amps from 2, 60 amp batteries does the 50 amp continuous discharge go up? I wanna get one of these batteries but ill be using it with a motorguide xi3 55lb trhust if I'm not mistaken the motorguide draws 50 amps at max speed and I'm worried the battery could overheat especially in the heat of the summer. let me know becuase if continuous discharge goes up this way I could get two batteries and have 120 amps

When connecting your source or charger, does it matter which battery is "first" and which is second? If so, how is first defined? For example. I have 2 Lip04 batteries connected in parallel. One is closer to mppt solar controller and the other is closer to the inverter. On a cloudy day I want to use a battery charger. Does it matter which battery is "first"?

Question: I have (2) 24 volt 55 ah lithium batteries, can I run them both in parallel to run an 80# Minn Kota Fortrex? Or would that setup burn out the motor? Great video and inciteful!

I have 2, 50 amp lifpro04 batteries to power my motorguide XI3. What size wire should I be using to connect my batteries in parallel? My running 8 gage wire to the motor approx 14 feet in my kayak. Thanks in advance.

I got 4 12 volt lithium batteries. How would I hook them up in series for load and charge?

i have a renogy 200 ah lithium iron phosphate that is a couple of days old that's been connected to my solar panel, but i want to buy another renogy 200 ah lithium iron phosphate so i can connect those two battery in parallel. my question is if the first battery can still be connected to the second new battery even though i'ved charged it. the first battery was only used and charged for a couple of days and it's not really old

Will this work with a 36 volt 60 amp batteries?

Do i still need to hook up both chargers or do i only need one charger if i have the batteries in parallel?

The one wiring harness for the trolling motor should do both batteries, if i have them in parallel, correct??

So in parallel you just need 1 bank battery to charge it? And in series you need 2 bank to charge it?
