reverse power tip would give my team kills like no other. our setter was a literal god at them

I do all those at least once a match, very useful, and because I’m short at 5’2 non of the other people expect it

I had never been able to nail the timing on dumps. Im still pretty new to setting so I had just learnt how to dump this year. One time while warming up during a game I nailed a reverse power hit, during the actual game I did it and was then known for that being my “special move” after that.

I once did a tip straight to the other teams campfire ( it was obviously open the whole game 🙄 ) and later my coach asked me if I ACTUALLY did it on purpose or if my fingers slipped or something 😭😭

No bc my setter tried to do this and failed every time and always got called for a carry by the ref💀

No hate but none of this seemed discreet. The special thing about good setter attacks is that they are very sneaky. Setters approach the ball with seemingly no intention to attack. Heck they don't even look immediately after the dump/fake set/spike to deceive the opponents. Asian setters are very good with this and they have a variety of ways to get the ball on the opponents' court.

make sure to go up with both your arms, to fake a set atleast for anyone trying it, otherwise u will get blocked by good blockers if u just jump up with 1 arm higher then the other

Ah you missed the most crucial dump and my personal favorite the net dump only preformed perfectly when your lib receives a freeball to you and you dump it into the net
