If you mean it for the setter it is luck. It takes incredible accuracy to do that consistently, dont get me wrong. But at the professional level most players that arent 100% that the ball is out will just hit it or pass it back. So you are bassicaly giving away a pass to the other team with a sliht chance that someone will leave it.
