Yet, according to the same video, he often went there by private plane.
Apparently, using a private plane is so cheap that you can accept loads of holidays, flights and car useage over at least 3 visits to, let's not forget an exclusive private house and a private castle, all for 7, 150 quid. By my calculations, even ignoring the private flights, you'd easily get through that amount JUST on the other "gifts". That means that private flights must be dead cheap.
Note to self; look into buying private plane for freebies.
Isn't it about time that MPs and other politicians are held to the same standards as civil servants? After all, every time they give themselves a pay rise, that is who they compare themselves to. My father was a senior civil servant. There were times when people tried to bribe him. A "Bribe" for a civil servant is somewhat less than 7150 quid, you know?
