Can't wait to get that iPhone 13, I'm an android guy, but I want that phone and Lenz just for shooting video, I want a different camera for everything (set up and ready) because I do concrete and it's super hard because you only have so much time to empty the concrete truck, finish the concrete ect ect.

Omarc don't worry about my other questions but I need an answer, like I said I'm a android guy, should I switch to Apple, I am going to get the 13, but I don't have a laptop, I create w a tablet right now (I know nothing about apple) should I make the switch so I don't have to build a computer or should I stuck w a pc and just build 1, I don't want to render a video for 7 days lol

@32:21 I have found wireless to be unreliable, but I'm an old guy, can't beat a cable for reliability.

Which of those two lights would be best for filming artwork on a flat table?

Im just getting started so may sound naive, but everything to do with outdoors has been related to only vlogging… what about sport content for youtube e.g streetball - what camera recommendation since it is a longer format?

@9:07 Omar, I use the Xoom H5 Handy Recorder. Have you ever used one? I record it on a separate track and then edit it together with the video from my Panasonic HDC-TM700 camera. My equipment is about 5-10 years old, but it works good for me.

Question: If vlogging in a studio, is that vlogging?

I'm here from Atlanta for the replay. I shoot mainly talking head videos with occasional talking vlogs. I definitely have the wrong mic. Firstly, I bought the Rode Mic Go for my Hotshoe on my Canon M50. The mic crackles and pops but works great as a voice over with my Mac. I use the Boya Lapel mic which sounds pretty good, but it has a 6 ft. cord and doesn't work for me when standing up for a demo for product reviews or hauls. I have to hold the cord to prevent getting wrapped in the cord. Bummer... I've been through quite a few cheap mics. Here to get a tip on another mic I should try.

I am wondering if I use my iphone 13 to film where should I save the footage if I originally save to the phone and then load up to my computer how many gb in phone should I get?

I can’t decide between Canon M50 and G7x Mark III. And if I should get backdrops or create my own nice good looking background like other Youtubers do. So so confused.

Think Media I have a origional Canon M50 and Gopro 4 and wish to start producing videos in my small office that is only 10 foot x 10 foot. Thinking of using the M50 for the front on and the GoPro for the top down. Should I change the top down to a different camera or stick with the GoPro, wont't be going 4K due to the M50 poor 4K for video. What lense should I use for such a small area, only have the stock 15-45mm lense, should I stick with that? For the audio I will be using a Lav Mic and the Lighting I have a softbox which is just to large for the area, so going to get some 6500k lights installed.

Think Media team what was the make of the big light and then the flat diffuser Omar has for his key light? Looks like a fairly powerful light with a great softbox / grid combo. I've got the Mount Dog lights/boxes but they aren't great when I'm up against a wall in a setup similar to Omar's. Guess I should check the kit link. Incredibly helpful video by the way. Bought the Think training Black Friday deal. Thanks.

Great stuff guys, my biggest take away from this is.... I'm going to go ahead and invest now in the Sony zv10 now so when I get to 1000 subs I can do a pretty special live steam and bring on a guest.. obviously I'm going to go ahead and get steam yard and all my stuff and start exploring live streaming on my other account, so when I do make my 1st live stream celebration it's going to be off the hook! (I don't care if it takes a month to get the camera, also I'm going to be expirementing w lights and mics too! Thanks guys

Here as the #ReplayFAM and i love this advice about tech one thing i've got to question that could be a possible video itself is about writing scripts for videos vs ad-libbing from bullet points

My video format I got used to is video/podcast but I want to incorporate vlogging also. Just getting over the fear of telling a story to people. I don't have the equipment to do it either
