We are extremely pleased to present out latest F.A.I.R. Dialogue with Dr. Paula Stone Williams, a pastor, counsellor and a keynote speaker whose work focuses on gender equity, LGBTQ inclusion and religious toleration. She has advocated for these issues by speaking for various corporations, government agencies, universities and religious institutions.
Watch the session to hear about her experiences as a transgender person, including those from her transition from male to female, as well as the difference in her life experiences after she transitioned to a female.

The F.A.I.R. Dialogue
The first F.A.I.R. Dialogue was conducted with Mr. Juan Pablo Ramirez-Miranda, Head of Social and Human Sciences, UNESCO New Delhi Cluster Office. The session focused on his outlook towards identifying, implementing, and evaluating global goals for sustainability.
The second F.A.I.R. Dialogue was conducted with Mr. Krishnendu Bose, a National Award winning filmmaker who sees the Environment for what it is, and not merely as a resource that serves humanity. Amongst other insights into his mind, watch the video to hear from him about his outlook on what the Environment entails, how it should be viewed, and key considerations that should be taken into account when discussing it.
The third F.A.I.R. Dialogue was conducted with Ms. Kamla Bhasin, a writer, poet and social scientist who approaches the complexities of gender with a simplicity that ensures an understanding which is lasting. Watch her unpack gender, explain feminism and understand her outlook on how these issues.
The fourth F.A.I.R. Dialogue was conducted with Dr. Julia Rucklidge, a clinical psychology professor who explores the often ignored effects of nutrition on the brain. Listen to hear her explain the role of nutrition in the treatment of mental illnesses from ADHD to depression to stress following natural disasters.
The fifth F.A.I.R. Dialogue was conducted with Dr. Sonia Randhawa, Founder of Coalition of Everyone and Member of the Sortition Foundation, an organisation that focuses on building politics of hope through participatory, deliberative democratic initiatives. Dr. Randhawa’s work focuses on Citizens' Assemblies, building capacity for deepening democracy through working with local councils, schools and other organisations to increase awareness of Citizens' Assemblies.
The sixth F.A.I.R. Dialogue was conducted with Ms. Zainah Anwar, Founding Member of Sisters in Islam and Executive Director of Musawah, a global movement for equality in Muslim families. Her work, through both organisations focuses on women’s rights within the Islamic framework.

The F.A.I.R. Project
The F.A.I.R. Project organises a one-week fully-funded residential program for individuals between 18 to 27 years, being organised in partnership with the UNESCO New Delhi Cluster Office.
