I love this background style. There are 2 white stamp pads I can suggest to you that are great... one is the Umbrella crafts White Pigment ink pad and the other is he Memento Luxe "Wedding Dress" ink pad. Both are great!

Thank you so much for sharing this technique!!! I’ve seen it done with colors of ink but never white. I LOVE the white bc it gives a truer impression of the bokeh of lights that happens in photography. I’m immediately about the StazOn white ink pad. I’ve had one for years that I’ve never used that is still in the package. And I have a reinker. I’m definitely doing this technique, so I may just us the reinker on my craft mat instead of an ink pad.
