Having Fun with Shipping Tags #3 - Bokeh Effect

This is a great effective background for a journal page which is simple and quick! The black on the finished tag is so effective and I can't wait to create a journal page based on this technique, so watch out for that soon!

Gorgeous. So bokeh is starting with the darkest and layering lighter and lighter finishing with different size circles . I always wondered. Thankyou this is going to be so much fun.
