….even though I knew there was probably going to be a moment like this, where he (an immortal) has an ”I’m really fucking old/immortal“ moment. I even guessed it would be either something made by Leonardo da Vinci because it’s ALWAYS Leonardo da Vinci. I still almost thought he was greeting a PERSON, he suddenly became so warm. And now I’m so sad for him. Because that’s kinda all he has now. Greeting the remnants of old friends and old loves that they left behind like they were the actual people. Following or roping in the descendants of his oldest friends, these kids who don’t even recognize the name Trevor or Sypha. And if they did, those two were just “dusty old ancestors.”
