DW... Western proposed, South Africa is more developed Propaganda? Lol Nigeria is the most developed... Lagos has a third it's population... With 118 million people living in urban areas and 50 cities which you've never shown

And please prove that 60% of lagosians live in slums and informal settlements...

If this so called famous slum has just 250, 000 of Lagos 26 million...
