Surprisingly, a helpful video as to how to do this, although these are called "Dragon Flags" and not "Dragon Flys" however, they need to talk about properly bracing your core, as if you don't, you can really hurt those muscles.

Dragon fly or Dragon Flag, I think most people call it the Dragon Flag, , , the first time you try it, , , it completely rips your lower abs apart, , I would say if you don't train abdominal and other core exercises, don't try it, , you could hurt yourself.Its not a beginner move, its for people at the level when they are ready to start seriously training for the front lever

every time i execute dragonfly i pulled my neck muscles. i must be doing something wrong..

00:58 is cringe. There's no benefit to going "all the way up" like she instructed. Look at the curvature of this guy's spine. Imagine trying to do a front lever with your back bent like that. Absolutely ridiculous. Keep doing this for long enough and your back will be destroyed.
