How to enable workbook sharing in Excel 2016 | 2019

If you're using the latest version of Excel and you're an Office 365 subscriber, you may find that buttons related to the "Shared Workbook" feature are no longer on the Review tab.

You can still access the Shared Workbook buttons if you need them. For example, you may need to turn off the Shared Workbook feature, or you may be in the middle of using the feature. The quickest way to get these buttons back is to add them to your Quick Access Toolbar. The Quick Access Toolbar is the bar of small buttons at the top of the Excel window, to the right of the Save button.

Error Pop-up:

"Shared workbooks do not have access to many features, including threaded comments. To convert this workbook to a shared workbook, you must first delete all the threaded comments in your file"

What are "threaded comments"?
