Not having the ability to deposit cash directly into an ATM is the biggest drawback to Capital One banking in my opinion. It's very annoying. Considering switching banks level annoying.

I did the deposit transaction at CVS, thankfully it went well. It would be best to deposit at an ATM like before at Target.. Come on Capital One, y’all can do way better we are going to 2024 😅

Really inconvenient for those of us who don’t really live near a CVS. It would be more convenient to just be able to add cash from an Allpoint ATM.

Glad I found this option, there was a location 2 blocks from my house, then it closed, but they put an ATM in the Target 2 blocks from my house, then they took out the Capital one ATM and put and Allpoints, and now the closest location is all the way across town, luckily there is a CVS a half a mile from me or I would have to swap banks, I went with Capital One because of the no hassle account but it started to become a hassle!

This is a great feature however, I wish the daily limit were higher. Suggestion, Cap 1 you should consider cash deposits at AllPoint ATMs. That would be more convenient. I live in Hawaii and would like more options to add cash. Yes I can transfer from bank to bank But if I’m going to make Capital One my primary bank it needs to be more convenient.

not able to deposit cash at the now converted Allpoint & Money Pass ATMs is a pain. The original Capital One ATMs were just fine. The CVS cashier option would have been a great addition to the ATMs. Not taking the ATMs away. lol. For me it was much simpler with just the ATMs 😕

It sounds kind of like a 90's feature - having to hand cash over to a clerk rather than simply conducting your business at the ATM.

I hope more stores will be added seeing how CVS isn't everywhere. CVS is kind of a drive for me but Walgreens is right down the street.

Gotta love how they recently added Walgreens as an option and when I went it just didn’t work. Really need them to open an atm or branch near me.

I love capital one debit card but having to pay at a store is very 90's. This is 2023 we would love to be able to deposit money into an ATM for our cards. I know you would have to own the Atm for it to work but it would be easier

OK, but not great. Obviously, the nearest CVS is quite a distance away for many people.

I happen to have a big stack of ones to deposit. If someone is behind me in line at CVS ...

Why can't the Allpoint+ ATMs be used? They DO accept cash deposits, but not for C1 accounts.
