The way we can know that children of Adam are evil by nature is by the fact that God in scripture says we can only want to come to Christ for salvation if God first supernaturally and sovereignly regenerates us:

I think children follow their parents' bad examples and it is clear, for instance, that Zacharia and Elizabeth were without sin during the time of John the Baptist's birth... The Bible says that humans are made in " Our " image or plural. Not is Gods Image. You cannot see the face of God. God is " I am who I am ?. God is a English version of the Jewish or Islam word for their God. We humans were genetically modified by the Annunaki, Enlil & Enki and their sister. We are made in their image. They had feature and all other characteristics as we do today. Time to face reality people.
