Capcut is broken for me cause everytime I import a video there is no audio but if I add music with no video there will be sound

I am using davinci resolve, and it was good for a very long time, but since last week, it has been acting stupid. whenever I skim down clips or things, they also start skimming down the other tracks below it, and it will also not actually skim into its self, but instead skim over to the left and basically just delete the right side of the clip, which makes it to where I can't move the clip very well and have to move the other clips, but when you move a clip to the right, and there is empty room in between the clips, it becomes grey area and if you put something in it, it messes up all the other clips, but if you just delete it, it moved the other clips back, and deletes stuff from other tracks, and it is super annoying, and makes it near impossible to edit in davinci anymore. If anyone knows how to fix this, pls tell me
