China views democratic, self-ruled Taiwan as part of its territory and has vowed to take it one day, by force if necessary. Angered by Taiwanese president Tsai Ing-wen's meeting last week with US House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, Beijing launched massive military exercises around the island immediately after Macron departed for France, including simulated strikes on its territory.

The “divide and conquer” strategy
This strategy is mostly attributed to the Anglo-Saxon(Uk U$ CAN AUS) diplomacy, they simply applied it most effectively through history.

Inside Taiwan, 60% think they are separate Taiwanese. But this is not a naturally evolved view. Taiwan's independent minded politicians changed textbooks, and tell children they are Taiwanese, not Chinese, in Taiwan's K-12 education.

Among all Chinese speaking humans on earth, 99% support unification and are against Taiwan independence.

Taiwan is part of China recognized by UN and 185 countries !!!
And the Island was imposed by UN with various restrictions out side it's border, no national anthem and flag, not allowed to participate in international organisation and forums !!! 😋
