One thing's for sure, Felix is lucky to have such amazing parents! Huge congrats to you both, and make sure to grab sleep whenever you can. The exhaustion can sneak up and sometimes make it hard to fully enjoy this incredible time in your family’s life, so take care of yourselves. On another note, I have to say, I’m feeling pretty smug for calling a lot of the s30 specs, haha! I very enjoyable first look by the way!

Congrats again on little Luke. The S30 looks like a great bit of kit and is excellent value for money (although it does show how much the 662 sensor 'really' costs lol). Quite tempted to get one myself which is something I'd never thought I'd say!

Nice review Luke. Amazing technology. Great for public outreach. Lots of selection from various companies now for smart telescopes. Good to see improvements are continuing. Congratulations for becoming a father! On the Seestar though, if you remember the S50 was often labeled as a "toy" or asked frequently whether it's a toy or not. The answer was that it is not. Fine, fast forward to 2024 and I can't help not to ask the same question again, because ZWO gone even cheaper, and not even a proper adjustable mini tripod. I can see people buying this and having fun, but I really need to see someone go after some targets and show me what it does, because at this price point that feeling about quality control and all-plastic everything just not making me confident enough to buy it blind. Honestly, I wish ZWO went the other direction and maybe cost a bit more, but give us an updated S50 or S60 with a bigger sensor and perhaps a bigger aperture. Just my 2 cents.
