Those of you saying there is no bone in your nose are WRONG.. There is bone at the top, as anyone who has had a Rhinoplasty KNOWS. The surgeon had to augment THE BONE at the top of my nose to reduce the size of my nose which was disproportionally LARGE compared to my face. He also contoured the cartilage, as my nose had a "hook" on the end "like a witch".

I had two black eyes from him HAMMERING on the BONE...and a nose packed with medical grade cocaine.

Also I met a guy in a bar who could turn his nose INSIDE OUT ("invaginating" it) which was super gross (and made me DRY HEAVE, much to his DELIGHT).
