News Bite: Virginia's First Lady Visits Suffolk School

Suffolk Public Schools welcomed Virginia First Lady Pamela Northam for a visit with Early Start students at Elephant's Fork Elementary School. During her visit, she also energized the conversation with Suffolk partners in early childhood education about meeting the needs of students before they start school as well as ways to enhance access and quality of existing programs.
