I had a really bad cold in Toronto. My Nigerian friend brought me to her friends house and sat me in the kitchen while it cooked. For the first time in a week I was able to breathe. After the hell of eating it, I immediately took a nap on their couch. Within a few hours I was healed. Pepper soup is healing food. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

My mom's ex husband was Nigerian and when I was sick he used to make me pepper soup it is the best thing to eat when you're sick it opens up all your Airways. I love how proud and happy he is about his culture ❤
