· ½ pack of Dulano German Salami
· ½ pack of Deluxe Manchego Cheese
· ½ pack of Milbona Bavarian Style Smoked Cheese Slices
· ½ pack of Deluxe Premium Olive Selection
· ½ pack of Deluxe Cheddar
· ½ pack of Rivercote Assorted Crackers
· ½ pack of Rivercote Premium Scalloped Crackers
· ½ jar Baxters Albert Victoria Chutney
· 1 x Chêne d' Argent Camembert
· 1 x apple
· 2 x figs
· 1 x bunch of white grapes
· 1 x handful blackberries
· 1 x handful dried apricots
· 7 x Rosemary sprigs
1. Begin by placing the largest items on the board, such as the camembert and chutney.
2. Make your salami rose. Using a glass, fold sheets of salami over the rim, overlapping each piece. Turn upside down onto the board.
3. Roll your cheese into a flower. Cut the smoked cheese slices in half and arrange in a row, overlapping each piece. Gently roll up and stand on its end on the board.
4. Gently fold slices of ham into a fan like shape, and arrange on the board to form a ham river.
5. Fill the gaps in the board with smaller items, such as olives, grapes, nuts and crackers.
6. For the finishing touch, garnish with fresh Rosemary sprigs.
7. Tuck in!
