I recently purchased a trap bar that sits off the ground a little. Is there a difference I’ll get if I purchase the traditional one that isn’t slightly raised ?

Can it be racked and still put plates on it while in a rack?

some of us use bumper plates so making the sleeves shorter limits the about that can be put on. How many bumper plates are you finding that can be put on? Is there option or future version for longer sleeves. The 2.0 model i believe had longer sleeves but not seeing that as an option. Would love to get one of these but sacrificing how much weight i can load is holding the purchase back

is it me or does the opening look too narrow to do lunges? it looks like the model's knee was caving in to avoid the stand at 2:57

What are the coatings used for the bar? Powdercoat or black zinc? Chrome or zinc sleeves?

Wish the deadlift jack part extended straight down from the handles so the opening would be wider. Also wish the sleeves were longer! BoS Trap Bar 4.0?

Why not make it full olympic length and rackable? Add some knurling to the half hex and it can even be a buffalo bar.

Does the bar being open affect the weight distribution? The price is great. Probably going to order one even if the weight is wonky because of it being open.
