- 25 g vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
- 260 g sugar (1 and 1/3 cup)
- Zest of 2 lemons and juice from half a lemon
- 4 eggs
- 125 ml of milk (1/2 cup)
- 300g flour (2 and 1/2 cup)

Lemon Glaze

- 150g powdered sugar (1 and 1/4 cup)
- lemon juice until desired consistency
