Homemade Lemon Loaf VS Starbucks (1/6 the price!)

recipie he used for loaf is

.5C butter
1C sugar
1.5C flour
2 eggs
2 lemons
2t oil
1.25t vanilla
1t baking powder
.25t baking soda
.5C buttermilk

for the icing it was 2.5C powdered sugar but im not sure how much nut milk and lemon juice. it is equal parts lemon juice and nut milk tho.

Hi Matt, I appreciate your recipes, thanks! Just wanted to let you know that those Corelle plates with colorful designs have tested positive for lead and other heavy metals. Since finding that out, I use Corelle winter white plates, bowls and dishes - all free from heavy metals and lead.
