My question…. Can you do a potential deal and show us the steps you take using Zillow? I get confused when I have a potential property and I’m looking for the property on the Zillow map to find comparables.

Thank you for all the helpful videos. Could you do a video explaining how you determine if a vacant lot has the protected species (gopher tortoises, burrowing owls) on it. I've heard that builders don't want those lots because it's expensive to relocate those animals, so what kind of due diligence can you use to make sure the lot doesn't have those animals on it before getting a lot under contract? I haven't gotten an answer to that question. Is there no way to know in advance unless you pay for an expensive environmental study? thanks

Hi Brandon! How do you select markets? I'm in Ohio. I'm interested in your opinion on Ohio opportunities?

Hey Brandon. Great content. I have buyers but I always look at the comps first. I have the buyers buy box but sometimes when I look at the comps they are selling way lower then what my buyer is paying in that area. So I normally don’t even send it to them. Should I still send it to the buyer anyway? Now you got me wondering if I missing opportunities.
