Hand reflexology to help relieve a blocked nose

Friends of the Cancer Centre's complementary therapist, Nicola McLean, shows you some simple hand reflexology techniques to help relieve a blocked nose.

Nicola is part of the wonderful team at the Macmillan Support and Information Centre in Belfast, where Friends of the Cancer Centre funds the complementary therapy and exercise classes for people affected by cancer. While the Centre is closed due to social distancing restrictions , Nicola has kindly put together this video to ensure that patients can continue to benefit from reflexology at home.
