Показать описание
In this Unreal Engine 5 course, suitable for complete beginners, I'll be covering the creation of automatic landscape materials to bring life and realism to your worlds, whether they be for games development or movie making.

In this episode, we'll implement the Ambient Occlusion that is already present in our ORD Texture. We'll apply it in a way that will work for all lighting setups and will also appear in the RVT.

You can download the ORD Default Mask here:

Another great video thank you. Happy new year to you and your family. If the videos you do this year are anyway like last we are in for a treat. Once again thank you.

Very nice and Happy New Year 😊 Since Im using my own scanned textures I dont have a combined texture like quixel.. So when Im having a dedicated AO map I need to create a AO like the displacement in the Create layer function? So I can define a texture sampler?

Hi, so far everything worked nice, thx, but in about 15 min you plug the lerp of near an far AO to base color and you got the ambient mask -- in my case there is only flat grid texture, without any stony shapes and contours. Any idea why? 🤔Maybe that's because I've skipped the episode no. 20 about using Gaea. Have you changed there anything that is important to makes the AO works? thanks for help 👋
