The nitroglycerine we have is 50mg/50ml. My preparation would be 50mg/500ml of D5w. = 50000mcg /500ml = 100mcg/ml. The question is what happend to the 50ml in the vial of nitroglycerine. Do I need to ignore that because the 50ml is the concentration of the drug itself? Or I will remove 50ml from the 500ml of D5w?. Confusing. Hope you can help me understand. Thanks

Our dopamine available here is 200mg/5ml per vial. So if I use 400mg that would be 10ml. And the 400mg I mix it to 100ml saline. What happend to 10ml. Do I need to ignore it or just add 90ml to make it 100ml? Please help me understand. Same thing with nitroglycerine. 50mg/50ml per vial.

your teaching method is clear and understandable however the pencil is tough to see even when in full screen. try using a marker for thicker bolder easier to see writing. thank you for the video
