This QSO protocol is broken down into the 1. Beginning (RST, QTH, Name), 2. Information (Rig, Antenna, WX), 3. More Information (Ham FER, Age, Occupation), and 4. Ending (pleasantries, 73).

For each QSO segment, try to head-copy it. First, the segment is sent in Morse code. Then it is spoken. And finally, it is sent again in Morse code. If you missed it the first time when it was sent, the second time allows you an opportunity to learn it. (More speeds below.)

In terms of practice, it is better to have more frequent and shorter practice sessions over one or two longer practice sessions per week. Ideally, practice sessions should be no more than 15 or 20 minutes long, with two to three sessions per day. This video is long enough that you can keep coming back to it and pick up where you left off.

Thank you for posting.
The CW is good but, for me, the bleeps and voice over is very distracting, and breaks my concentration.
Would be better just to have the code and put the text in the comments underneath.
