Learned New Term Clearly :
(1). " ISHTISARA" - (Consulting with Trusted People about the subject before Ishtikhara)
and then
(2). " ISHTIKHARA " ( Asking guidelines from the Almighty Allah about the subject matter for which a person is in Dilemma/Indecisive State of Mind to make Decision)

Also: Dowa in ISHTIKHRA prayer:

Two permissible way of Dowa:
(1) Within Salah on sitting position Before Salam both on Right & Left.
(2). After End of Salah wit Two Salam then make Dowa .
