Personally, I am happy about it. The investors/influencers and card companies are running rampant over the hobby. Idiots giving stupid advice and unobtanium priced product with near no value after opening. A bud light type boycott would put the card companies on notice.

It’s not a crash. It was over inflated pandemic pricing. It like saying the bicycle market crashed cause people were paying thousands for a bike cause it was difficult to get.

Sports cards will continue to Drop in price, Influencers will continue to spew BS, Morons will continue to go broke in breaks chasing a logo man and realize 99.8% of the time they will take a 92% loss for that break, SCR will continue to bash and last but not least Daniel will continue to Dip. The card market is starting to correct itself. All of those guys who's hording those sealed boxes that they paid way to much money for are going to lose their ass. I know a guy who has a case of 2021/22 Hoops. I tried to educate him on the simple fact that it's Hoops. He's in at $550/box. Yeah, try and make your back or even break even.

I have fallen down the rabbit hole of Youtube pack openings. Leading me to 2 cards shows and more visits to card shops in the last 30 days than I have been in 22 years. It is a hobby not an investment. I remember the junk pack days. I think we are headed back.

Did this guy smack his mama or something? Every video is about how he hates geoff. Hes a guy on yt that gives his advice, take it or leave it. If you made moves based on what he said, thats on you. Now your butt hurt. No accountability. Dont like him, then dont watch, problem solved! The hobby was here before him and will be after. Ups and downs. Its a hobby with a high volatility and meant for fun. Not something to plan your retirement with. But these are just my humble opinions like us all.
